Good communication and problem solving skills. Character/Vehicle rigging experience in Maya. Strong understanding of both Figure and Facial Anatomy and Topology. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the movie, broadcast or gaming environment. Writing pipeline tools to streamline the setup process. Developing new techniques and processes to solve character production challenges. Developing and maintaining character motion and deformations systems.
